Arrival Day

I will meet you at the airport on your arrival from Dubai or wherever you’ve flown from – for a Reception to answer your many questions. As the group gathers, we will enjoy a lovely meal that night. I suggest you plan a flight that arrives from your point of origin in the mid afternoon.

Food Travel is one of the newest and best crazes. In addition to the fact that we all eat food… we also can have a first person visceral sharing of sensations for comparison – instantly. Most of our tours are ‘all-in’ – all inclusive foods, beverages, transits, guides, tickets and supplies. Tips, gifts, and the like are purely optional and just a matter of money, yours.

Please call Nicholas prior to your airline booking for assistance. What’s more ask about the option of an extra week to see Dubai or your airlines hub city at likely no extra cost.

By the way… have you ever seen or used a Mud Stove? You know… made of bamboo and mud!  Invented some 10,000 years ago by the Las Vegas Indians (no, not Nevada)… let’s cook some Kechwan cuisine together!

See Where your Food Actually Comes From
Get Ready for a BIG Day of Fun!

Did you know most all foods are farmed, bred, GMO’d and processed to become anything but real. How would you like to see what it’s like to walk into the ocean and feel the warm waters of South America caress you while local fishermen toss their nets and glean naturally living fish from their native habitat? Imagine what it’s like to see Frigates circling overhead trying steal a stray fish that escape the nets… all while local pet dogs chase away the greedy Frigates to hopefully earn a tasty morsel from their fishermen handlers!

Have you ever considered single cow butter? What you say… single cow? Don’t they date and mingle (its a joke) Most butters are blends of many cows milk. Yet animals each have a taste value that is the result of their bodies, the terroire (area) that they reside in and the foods they ingest. It’s not just about wine and terroire… consider, butter, honey, cheeses, fruits, vegetable, olive oils, meats and more!
Sourcing is so important to outcome.

In Greece almost everyone that’s visited will tell you – it’s all about the Greek Salad! So simple. Tomatoes, cucumbers, sometimes onion, sometimes green peppers – No salt. No pepper. Just olive oil and a dash of local oregano. Real food comes with real flavor, nutrition and beauty that requires little to no input on our part…
just eat it!
